How can I add 14 inches to my vertical jump?

Hi, I am 6 foot 3 inches tall and have a standing reach of 8 feet.
My current vertical jump is approximately 17 inches which is very low meaning I can, when standing, reach 9 foot 5 inches so I need 13-14 inches to dunk standing.
When I run and jump I am able to dunk a basketball with one hand meaning my running vertical must be at least 30 inches.
I have done plyometric workouts in the past and I have done strength workouts also so now I am aiming to improve my vertical jump by 14 inches.
What workouts should I do to gain these inches and how long would it take?
