I'm almost 15 and about 5'10", 136lbs and I play basketball. I was wondering if there was just an everyday thing (like walking a certain way or something) that I could do to boost my vertical jump. I already do leg workouts and use Jumpsoles, but I want something I can do without thinking about it and not using special equipment or weights.???
